My Approach

I use Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a way that centers your experience. Your identity isn't something to "work on," it's the lens through which we do the work. That includes the internalized shame that can build up over years of feeling like you're too much, too different, or not enough, and the very real experience of navigating both a queer identity and a neurodivergent brain at the same time.

My practice is sex-positive and kink-allied. You won't have to censor yourself or explain the basics.

Sessions are 50 minutes, online via telehealth. My style is relaxed, honest, and warm. Expect a space where you can be fully yourself, no performance, no code-switching, just real conversation about what matters to you.
