How Out-of-Network Benefits Work
While I don't accept insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement from their insurance company for out-of-network services.

Call Your Insurance
Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Ask the Right Questions
Ask about your out-of-network deductible, reimbursement rate, and whether telehealth sessions are covered.
Receive Your Superbill
After each session, The ATTN Center will provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process your out-of-network claim. The ATTN Center provides these automatically and helps with the reimbursement process.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee.
